FREE SCHEDULING SOFTWARE

The display comes with complimentary scheduling software so you can determine exactly what content is displayed and when. Create playlists that will automatically display your desired content at pre-determined times.

DESIGNED FOR PUBLIC SPACES

As well as having a buttonless tempered glass frontage and rounded corners these screens also have an enclosure made from a light-weight polymer so they are ideal for elevator displays and menu desktop displays. They also have a screwless design to achieve a seamless aesthetic and avoid tampering.

MULTI COLOURED LED FRAME

The LED edges either side of the display can be red, green, blue, magenta, cyan, yellow and white. They can also be disabled completely if preferred.

NO INTEGRATED BATTERY

Unlike domestic tablets these displays do not have built-in batteries and therefore last considerably longer. They are designed to be used constantly 24/7 in public spaces and can be powered directly from the mains or over POE.

24/7 COMMERCIAL USE

These displays use a commercial grade LCD panel and LED backlight. They have the ability to be in constant use 24/7 for over 50000 hours and have no external buttons or controls to avoid tampering.

Infrared (IR) Touch

IR touch technology involves an embedded overlay of infrared beams from top to bottom and side to side around the device’s bezel. When the invisible plane provided by the beams in broken by any object, the device registers a touch point. With up to 40 simultaneous touch points, IR touch screen displays are a bit less accurate than PCAP displays. That said, Infrared displays are still quite accurate enough to be used in a wide variety of settings.

Capacitive (PCAP) Touch

The most advanced projected capacitive interactive technology provides the most responsive touch experience. Designed for commercial applications, PCAP touch technology works by fixing a sensor grid between a layer of cover glass and the LCD panel, and the grid detects the coordinates of the touch point when the finger touches the glass. Unlike other touch technologies, PCAP is unaffected by dust or debris on the screen surface, allows up to 10 touch points, and provides superior optical quality.

Our officially promised warranty time is one whole year after delivery at best.

Q4: What's the shipment terms and delivery time of your company?
Well, they depends on the quantity of your order. As you know ,we need time to manufacture the machines. But mostly, the shipment time is 3-8 working days after delivery. For Delivery way, for Sample and Bulk order < 100KG, we will kindly suggest Express and Air freight, when Air freight and Sea shipping for Bulk order >100KG. As for detailed cost, it depends on your final order.

Q5: What brand of screen are you using?
Samsung, LG, BOE and AUO screen are normally used for the digital signage and video walls, while customized screen is also supported.

Q6: I would like to ask you if it's possible to have my logo on the product.

Generally, we pack our goods inneutral with Inner 4CM PE foam & export carton box, also outer export Fumigation-free wooden case packaging and light case are optional. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

Q9: What kind of inspection can you provide?
CY Digital Signage goes through multiple tests from raw material purchase to finished product by multiple departments such as QA, QC, and sales representatives to ensure that all sign players are in the best condition before shipping. We also accept inspection from a third party appointed by you.
