Q2: How long is the warranty time for your products?
Our officially promised warranty time is one whole year after delivery at best.
Q3: Do you have any certification?
Our factory have CE, CCC, UL, ROHS, FCC and ISO9001 certificate. If you have other certificate requirements, we also fully support you.
Q4: What's the shipment terms and delivery time of your company?
Well, they depends on the quantity of your order. As you know ,we need time to manufacture the machines. But mostly, the shipment time is 3-8 working days after delivery. For Delivery way, for Sample and Bulk order < 100KG, we will kindly suggest Express and Air freight, when Air freight and Sea shipping for Bulk order >100KG. As for detailed cost, it depends on your final order.
Q5: What brand of screen are you using?
Samsung, LG, BOE and AUO screen are normally used for the digital signage and video walls, while customized screen is also supported.
Q6: I would like to ask you if it's possible to have my logo on the product.

Generally, we pack our goods inneutral with Inner 4CM PE foam & export carton box, also outer export Fumigation-free wooden case packaging and light case are optional. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

Q9: What kind of inspection can you provide?
CY Digital Signage goes through multiple tests from raw material purchase to finished product by multiple departments such as QA, QC, and sales representatives to ensure that all sign players are in the best condition before shipping. We also accept inspection from a third party appointed by you.
