(a) check the touch frame USB cable is not connected to the computer's USB port all normal;
(b) check whether the computer's USB socket is compatible with USB2.0;
(c) remove and replace the other USB interface to try;
5: Touch failure or point jumping around the situation

6: What are the regulations on the glass when installing the touch frame
